Luxurious, private, secure, clean. Place was just as in the photos - luxurious, private, secure, clean and the choccies on the bed were an extra spoil. The host was very friendly and all that was needed was supplied.

A bit claustrophobic. We never managed to open the sliding door to the balcony, which from inside looked like the cleaners may have had the same problem. As we were unwell at the time, this made staying in the relatively small room with very little fresh air quite claustrophobic.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that you were unwell during your stay and that the issue with the sliding door added to your discomfort. Your experience is important to us, and we always strive to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. We’re happy to report that this matter has since been addressed and resolved. While we do personally manage and clean the apartment to maintain high standards, we regret that this issue wasn’t fully resolved during your stay. We did receive your initial message on Saturday morning and responded promptly, but we were unaware that the problem persisted until your departure on Sunday. Had we known sooner, we would have been more than happy to assist immediately. Our contact details were available, and a quick follow-up message or call would have allowed us to resolve this for you on the spot. We always encourage guests to reach out if any issues arise so we can ensure a comfortable experience. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances.
