No loud noise is permitted.
The Wild Coast is home to many Blue Monkeys. To prevent them from entering, windows and doors must remain closed at all times when guests are not inside the house or on the ground level.
The house has septic tank. To prevent blockages, no foreign materials, wet wipes, or sanitary wipes may be flushed down the toilets.
Regrettably, the property has parking for only one vehicle.
