House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 12 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
Children aged between 13 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Strictly no parties and no one who has not paid to stay there is allowed on the property.
A 4x4 is strongly suggested for easy access to the farm - if we have had a lot of rain a non-4x4 may not manage the dirt road.
Pets are not allowed.
