Smoking is prohibited inside the house, and guests are kindly requested to smoke outside.
Should guests arrive later than the allocated time slot, prior arrangements must be made.
As the house is situated on a working farm, guests are asked to respect all farming operations and to refrain from entering any restricted areas.
Pets are not permitted.
Use of the house facilities and designated walking trails is entirely at guests’ own risk. Management accepts no liability for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur.
