House Rules

Please note that there are 15 steps leading to the unit.

Additional guests or children are only permitted if arranged in advance and at an extra cost.

Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels. Towels can be provided for an additional fee.

Parking is available for one vehicle and possibly a trailer. Any extra parking for a boat or other vehicles belonging to guests must be arranged in advance and may only be available at a fee during certain seasons and times. Guests must not park on any other open grounds or in front of other houses, nor on the road or over the yellow lines in the driveway.

Guests’ visitors must park outside the complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

A once-off cleaning fee is charged for every booking.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property, including the building, contents, crockery, furniture and other items, and must pay the replacement value as determined per item.
