The Ladismith Country House is situated on a working sheep farm, 7 km outside the town of Ladismith, alongside the Swartberg mountains and on the popular R62. It is a scenic, 3-hour drive from Cape Town or 2 hours drive from George Airport.

The guest farm is privately owned and managed and offers the discerning holiday maker or corporate guest the perfect Klein Karoo experience with a theme of ‘home-away-from-home’. Ladismith Country House is situated on 60 hectares of what can only be termed as a nature lover’s paradise, offering a variety of bird life, fynbos, and succulents.

The Manor House consists of 5 individually and tastefully decorated suites that provide the warmth and relaxation that only the Klein Karoo can satisfy. Each suite has its own entrance and offers a patio with direct access to the beautiful garden. The 5 en-suite rooms offer hot and cold air-conditioning, cotton bed linen, safes, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Paddasang Self-catering Cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and is totally secluded, set alongside a beautiful dam. The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area.

Ladismith Country House offers a heart-warming breakfast and/or dinner as per prior arrangement from our licensed Bistro. Enjoy your meals in our dining room or on the patio overlooking the garden and Klein Karoo landscape with the welcoming sounds of guinea fowl, hadeda, wild geese, partridge, and pheasants.
