House Rules

Noise Levels:encouraged to enjoy yourselves on the patio, Braaiing, swimming, etc., with awareness that noise carries easily over the water and be mindful of the impact this has on the neighbours. Also, a reminder that events and parties are not permitted.

Quiet times: From 10 pm – 8 Am

No smoking inside the house, only on the patio and in the garden. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the bins or flower beds.
