House Rules

The farm is accessed via a gravel road.
River access with swimming beach (needs SUV/4×4 to access the road down, otherwise 500m walk down the hill)
Gravel slipway and small jetty (suitable small, light boats only and 4×4 launch-able only)
There is a groundsman who could assist with cleaning.
The cellphone signal isn't consistently strong at the property.
