We had the services for technical problems from Thomas. The house was well appointed with lovely crockery and plenty of glasses. It had a gas heater too, as the evenings were chilly. It was difficult to switch the heater on, but we had our own with us. There was also a humidifier which made the house smell nice, as sometimes these holiday homes smell damp. I suggest a file showing how to switch on the TV and dishwasher. There was only a detail of how to operate the washing machine.

The unit is well equipped, neat, modern and well located. There is however a very strange smell in the cupboards and drawers. Footsteps/running noise levels from the tenants in the unit above are really loud, up until midnight at times and then start again very early in the morning. It would be great if they could be more considerate towards tenants in the unit below. Also recommended that they include at least a standing fan for the warm and stuffy nights.

Kalk Baai is naby aan al die besienswaardighede. Die eenheid is baie mooi en netjies. Die pad voor is ongelukkig baie besig en parkering is 'n probleem.

Awesome, peaceful, simply loved the place. Our stay was awesome. We had a great time. Everything was on point. Simply loved the place, and our host was very friendly. We didn't want to go home, enjoyed it so much.

Netjies, ruim en gerieflik. My verblyf by Millwood @ Dalebrook Tidal Pool was oor die algemeen baie genietbaar. Die ligging is perfek, naby Kalkbaai se besienswaardighede, en die akkommodasie is skoon en ruim, wat goeie waarde vir geld bied. Daar was wel 'n gebrek aan aandag op detail, en daar was probleme met 'n vorm a.g.v. die nabyheid van die eenheid aan die see. Ten spyte van hierdie tekortkominge, het ons 'n wonderlike tyd gehad en die pragtige omgewing waardeer.

Great accommodation - near to all Kalk Bay's tourist spots and restaurants. Very well appointed and excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Sadly, the noise from the upstairs apartment is problematic. Wooden/carpeted floors in the above apartment, in an old building, and tenants who are insensitive/careless to the noise level created by them to the downstairs tenants, is not conducive for a comfortable stay! The owners need to address this noise problem with the Body Corporate. The owners have gone to great lengths to minimise traffic noise with solid double glazed windows and doors, however, the disturbance by upstairs tenants should also be addressed!

Wonderful, clean, neat, accommodating and safe. Lovely stay, my kids had an amazing time.
