Description
Zebra is a charming rondavel with a thatch roof comprising a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery. It expands into the living room with comfy couches and a Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. The patio outside, provides scenic views of the farm, game, and eastern Free State landscape, with impressive views of the mountains and rock formations at the back of the cottage. A covered parking space is provided for 1 car.

There is a 5km gravel road to Mount Everest Guest Farm's main gate and more dirt roads through the farm.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Smoking is prohibited indoors and a fine will be charged for smoking in the chalets. No cigarette butts or any rubbish may be thrown away on the farm. Ashtrays and bins are provided at each chalet.
Fires must be made only in the designated braai area and only if the weather (wind) permits. The wind is generated on Mount Everest and then exported to the Cape.
Due to high wind speed, please do not leave towels, crockery, or anything outside unattended, and please ensure that all windows, doors and taps are closed when checking out.
Please make sure the fires are out before going to bed.
A speed limit of 30km/h applies on the farm due to wildlife roaming freely on the road.
This is a working farm and power outages and water outages are possible due to various circumstances such as wind, thunderstorms, animals trampling broken pipes and Eskom which is not in our control. However, there is a generator for the main camp and a backup battery with solar for Arendskop. Spiders, snakes, mice and other animals may find their way into the chalet. Please report it so we can safely remove them.

Description
Mount Everest is a wooden chalet that offers absolute privacy, tucked away on the slopes of Mount Everest. Parking is roughly 40 m from the chalet. The chalet has 2 bedrooms on the lower floor and 2 single beds, which are reached via a ladder. The chalet is suitable for couples and families. There is a separate bathroom with a shower. The open-plan kitchen area, lounge area and master bedroom have separate doors leading to the veranda. Guests also have access to an outdoor braai area and a table with chairs on the patio. There is a gas stove and oven, microwave and toaster as well as a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. All the beds have electric blankets on, and it has an alarm in. The wooden cabin is served with a generator for loadshedding.

The house comprises a fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living room. Renoster is a spacious family house with a sleeping capacity of 12 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Two of the other bedrooms each have 2 single beds and are on the landing upstairs. They make use of a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. There is an additional 2 single beds available as well. All linen and towels are provided. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, and dishwasher, and features a dining table with 8 chairs. The lounge area has comfortable seating space with a smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. The unit walks out to the patio with tables and chairs, as well as an outside braai area as well and undercover parking for 1 car.

Arendskop is the most popular unit and is a wooden cottage set up high against the hill with the best views of the plains of the Free State. This cottage comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet and doors leading to a balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The third bedroom on the ground floor has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, gas oven, microwave, grill, crockery and cutlery. It expands into the lounge, which has comfortable couches with a cosy fireplace and an indoor braai area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. The patio around Arendskop provides spectacular views of the farm, grasslands, and hills in the distance. The eagles and vultures nest just above the chalet against the coves and can easily be viewed.
