Oceans 1101 no 11 is situated close to the Shelley Centre in Shelley Beach and has direct access to the beach, making it ideal for family holidays. This unit is part of a complex consisting of 12 units and is on the second floor.

The unit can only accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The unit comprises 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 child-only beds. The sharing bathroom is fitted with a shower. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a spacious living room with a TV and DStv activated for each occupant. The living room and master bedroom lead onto a spacious balcony with a great view of the Indian Ocean.

There is one lock-up garage and guest parking for one car with a swimming pool in the complex. One set of linen will be provided for each bed, but no towels will be provided.
