House Rules

Children under 13 years of age are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Parties are not permitted. A R500 fine will be issued for parties held after 22:00. Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with estate rules.
Guests will be asked to vacate the property if there is any disrespect or violation of estate rules, even after a warning.
Please avoid placing hot pots directly on the granite surfaces.
