Eyrie House @ Porcupine Hills Guest Farm is a charming self-catering house located on a working olive farm, situated in the Overberg along the beautiful Van der Stel Pass. The Porcupine Hills Guest Farm is approximately 32 km from Grabouw and 15 km from Botriver.

This house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms that open onto the vine-covered verandah. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with an outdoor shower. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It opens to an 8-seater dining area and further expands to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a fireplace. There is also a flat-screen TV that guests can link their own devices to.

The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has outdoor patio furniture, a dining table, a small boma, and braai facilities. The patio overlooks the garden and the mountains. Furthermore, guests have access to a swimming pool, a large deck with a wood-fired hot tub, and a private garden.

Guests have access to various activities on the farm including mountain biking, swimming, birdwatcher, and 4x4 routes.
