Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No check-in will be permitted before the breakage deposit has been paid. You will be asked to complete a form with your banking details to allow for the return of the deposit after check-out and once the house has been inspected. The host will also request a copy of the ID of the person who made the booking.

If any damage occurs or house rules are broken, a portion or the full breakage deposit may be withheld.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

This house accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. A penalty of R600 per additional guest will apply if this limit is exceeded, payable in cash to the property manager.

Parties are not permitted and are strictly prohibited. No gatherings or visits from other people will be allowed unless arranged in advance with the host and owner.

Please respect the neighbours. No loud music or noise is allowed. Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 06:00.

When using the indoor braai, please open a window to prevent smoke from entering the house.

Any stained linen that cannot be cleaned will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
