Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

All facilities are used at guests’ own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss, or injuries incurred as a result of using the facilities, or for any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this holiday home or on the property.

Smoking is prohibited.

Pets are not allowed in the holiday home, except by prior arrangement for guide dogs for visually impaired guests.

Items are not to be removed from the house. Towels provided may not be used on the beach — guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The key and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.

The following are not permitted at the property:

Any commercial activity, team building events, parties or discos

21st birthday parties

Matric gatherings (even after final exams)

Bachelor or bachelorette parties

Guests under the age of 21 without adult supervision
