Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Please note that a R1000 breakage and key deposit is levied on every booking made and is fully refundable if the apartment and its contents are in the same condition as it was found.

A once-off administration fee of R820 per booking will be charged and should be paid to the owner.

No matriculants or students under the age of 25 will be allowed over the peak season without parental supervision.

No third party rentals are allowed. If it comes to the owner's attention that the booking was made on behalf of someone else, the booking will be cancelled immediately and the default options will be applied accordingly unless pre-arranged with the owner.
