House Rules

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests are required to be registered prior to arrival. To confirm a booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests must provide their full names, contact details, clear copies of identification (ID or passports), vehicle registration details if applicable, and their estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants assume full liability for all minors and visitors associated with their stay.

Pets, parties, and events are not permitted under any circumstances.

For stays of 8 nights or more, guests will receive a complimentary mid-stay clean, which includes fresh linen. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in.

The deposit amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.

Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows for reasonable daily consumption to ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests. In cases of unusually high electricity usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a extra late fee will apply.
