House Rules

This property is not suitable or safe for children under the age of 12.

The only shower is located outside on the deck.

Parking is available 50 m from the Dome at the entrance to the farm, and there is a steep walk down a forest path to the deck where the Dome is situated.

Guests are asked to be mindful of the weather, as fires are strictly prohibited during windy conditions.

The farm is off the grid and relies solely on rainwater and solar power. Guests are kindly requested to use water and power sparingly, especially on rainy or cloudy days.

The air conditioner should not be used overnight or during cloudy or rainy weather, as this can drain the battery supply and result in a loss of power. Guests are encouraged to use the gas heater for heating instead of the air conditioner.

Due to the nature of the Dome’s structure, it can become very hot in the middle of the day during summer. The air conditioner may be used during the day to maintain a cooler temperature, provided the sun is shining.

In winter, condensation may form on the clear window at night, but it usually clears up during the day.
