Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas only.
Loud music, excessive noise, and disturbances are not allowed after 23:00.
Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property; visitors are allowed with prior arrangement only.
Please note, the owner lives on the premises.
