House Rules

The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
Shopping according to guest requirements is done at an additional charge prior to arrival if required. Should a guest require provisions to be in the cottage on arrival - they must provide a list and shopping will be done at a small additional charge, if distances are reasonable plus the cost of the provisions themselves.
Strictly no smoking permitted.
No pets are permitted.
No wheelchair access.
No children under the age of 16.
