Hello Tarn. We appreciate the feedback. We are chatting to our cleaning service currently to make plans for the cleaning aspect of the balcony, as that is completely unacceptable. However, as far as the clothing and cupboard space is concerned (as mentioned to you during your stay) - for short stays in the main room, there is plenty of space for folded clothing on top and mostly hanging. If it was a long stay, we would provide more cupboard space for you. The second room had a full cupboard. I do think this measures to the amount of luggage that you bring, and extra cupboard space can be arranged in advance. Please note this is a 2-bedroom self-catering unit. Side plates we have addressed and catered for this since. Thank you for that feedback. Santorini is a classic old estate, and all locks within the estate are standard and built this way. When you are inside the bathroom, that is usually when you would want to lock the bathroom door; there should be no need to lock the door otherwise. If you could stipulate as to why you are wanting to lock the doors from the other side, this might help us understand why you need to lock this from the outside for future reference. The towels were bought three months ago brand new, so this is concerning to us, and we will investigate why they were old. Beach towels were bought one month ago, as we replaced them after December/January. The bedside lights can be easily plugged in at the centre if you would have liked them to be.
