Price Includes

Flats: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Weekly or daily cleaning can be accommodated at a cost of R60.00 per day.
Persons in excess of two, will be charged the following rates:

Off peak:
Children under 12 years, maximum of two, will be charged R80.00 per child per night in off-season.
Adults- maximum of one will be charged R100.00 per person per night in off-season.

Peak season rates:
Children under 12 years,will be charged R100.00 a night per child.
Adults will be charged R 150.00 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
