Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Only registered guests allowed — no extra visitors or overnight stays without prior arrangement.

Respect quiet hours: 22:00–07:00 (no loud music or noise).

No smoking indoors — smoke only in designated outdoor areas using ashtrays.

Keep the property tidy; report damages promptly. Excessive mess may incur a cleaning fee.

Use braai/lapa responsibly — never leave fires unattended and clean after use.

Pool is shared — no diving or rough play; children must be supervised.

No pets.

Lock doors and gates; keep the electric gate closed. Loss of keys/remote: R500 fee.

Washing machine and washline are shared — be considerate.

Guests are liable for any damage or loss during their stay.

Please notify the host immediately if anything breaks so we can assist.
