Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival, a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival. Guests ID or passport is required at check-in.

This property provides a sleeper couch suitable for children under 12 years of age. Guests wishing to make use of the sleeper couch are kindly asked to inform their consultant in advance, as an additional fee will apply.

This property has an R 3000 refundable breakage deposit. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card.

A Departure Cleaning Fee is charged per booking.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid-stay clean with fresh linen, this will be an additional charge.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Guests are kindly advised that, in order to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
