House Rules

Most of the apartments are fitted with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. Each unit is generously pre-loaded with an average allowance suitable for a small family to ensure a comfortable stay. For stays of seven days or longer, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water. This policy encourages responsible usage and helps keep costs reasonable for both guests and property owners.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Quiet hours are observed from 21:00 to 09:00, and guests are asked to be considerate at all times.
Keys may only be handed to the person who made the booking.
Laundry and towels may not be hung on balconies.
Smoking, as well as the use of drugs or any other substances, is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and could incur additional cleaning or damage charges.
