Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R7500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Electricity: Three days of prepaid electricity are included in the booking quote. Thereafter, electricity is for the guest’s account and must be topped up as needed.

Housekeeping: Daily compulsory housekeeping (excluding Sundays and public holidays) is provided at an additional fee per day.

Golf Cart (Optional): A golf cart is available upon special request for guests to explore and enjoy all that Simbithi has to offer. The golf cart must be booked and paid for 1 week before arrival at a rate of R250 per day.
