40B Guesthouse is situated in the town of Humansdorp. This is the ideal accommodation option for leisure- and business travelers seeking a quiet and affordable retreat.

Accomdation is provided in 4 individually decorated units. Each unit has its own private entrance and features a bedroom and kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery. There is also a bathroom in each unit.

The first unit is a beautiful room with a four-poster bed and bathroom with a bath and shower. The second unit is a family unit with a double bed and a bunk bed. The spacious bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is a double bed and bunk bed in unit 3. The kitchen is spacious and the unit offers a view of the garden. Unit 4 has a double bed, a bathroom and kitchen. There is a TV and fibre in each room.

The guest house offers safe parking and is walking distance from the shops. Laundry and cooking facilities are available for long term guests. There is a lovely garden with chairs. The guesthouse is pet friendly.
