Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R150 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests must bring their own beach and swimming towels.

A refundable breakage deposit of R 150 is additionally payable per unit. It is not included in the accommodation rates. The breakage deposit will be refunded to the guest within 7 days after departure, via EFT. The breakage deposit is to be paid directly to the establishment or LekkeSlaap, 2 days before arriving.

If staying longer than 4 days, we do a "express cleaning" after every 3rd night of stay when we change bedding, towels and clean the unit. Cleaning the dishes can also be arranged at an extra cost.

Please note that The Loft Apartment has a bath and not a shower. The only bath and toilet are situated in an open-plan dome room upstairs. The dome room can be a problem for a tall person.
