Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R250 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. All cigarette butts to be placed in a container and not to be disposed of by the plants or in the parking area.

A sleeper couch can be provided in the lounge area at an additional cost.

Parties and events will not be tolerated.

There is a maximum of 2 guests allowed in the unit.

No loud music after 22h00. This is a private nature reserve so noise levels need to be kept down.

Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Guests are kindly asked to take out the trash upon departing the unit.

Illegal substances will not be permitted on the premises.

Please use the existing pathway leading down to the ocean and stay on the road.

Vehicles are not allowed to be parked in front of the units.

Please park your car to the left of the parking area under the trees.

Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Kindly note that this accommodation is situated on the same premises as the Sea Trader Wedding Venue.
