Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests must bring their own bedding and towels. However, each bed has a clean sheet on it.
No smoking is allowed inside the house, but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
No loud noise or music after 22:00.

Guests must leave the house in the same condition as when they checked in.
A cleaning fee will be charged (deducted from the breakage deposit) if the house is not left in the same condition.
