Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking or vaping in, or outside, the property is not permitted. 
No parties or gatherings of more than 4 people. 
Braais are not allowed by order of the complex rules.

If any of the rules mentioned above are broken, we reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time and the guest will be removed from the premises prior to checkout.

A fee is charged for early or late check-in times that aren’t within the time mentioned above, also for late check-outs. Check-ins or check-outs outside the above times have to be pre-arranged and confirmed by the host and they have an extra cost per hour. To be paid upon arrival.
