House Rules

Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed. If we detect any smoke odor inside the apartment or find ash or cigarette butts, our guest services team will report this, and it may result in an additional cleaning charge.

Please do not hang washing on the front patio.

Please note that the complex is a quiet zone. Do not play music on the patios or disturb the environment, as sound travels. This includes the stairways and walkway. No noise should be made from 22:00 to 06:00. The estate management may levy a fine for noise disturbance, which will be collected via your booking channel or in cash.
