Our magnificent large self-catering Penthouse with its spectacular sea views consists of 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The unit has 2 bathrooms, one is fitted with a bath, shower, and toilet, while the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The unit also boasts a dining room and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee facilities including a coffee machine. It also consists of a dining room and enclosed braai room that leads to a large private patio and side balcony that has the most beautiful sea view. The living area has a large Smart TV with selected DSTV channels and uncapped Wi-Fi. The Penthouse has a separate entrance. Secure parking is accessed from a remote-controlled gate. Please note there are steep stairs that are not suitable for the elderly, small children or people with disabilities. Parking is available behind a remote-controlled gate, and the property is secured with an alarm system and beam security.
