Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The premises are let for holiday purposes only; no gatherings are allowed.

The number of guests for this flat is a maximum of 8, including children. No visitors are allowed. A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed.

Quiet time shall be especially observed between 21h00 and 07h00 daily.

No firearms, pellet guns or fireworks may be discharged on the property.

No loud music may be played as this is a residential-area. This includes the vehicle's sound system for entertainment.

No excess noise will be tolerated

No smoking is permitted in the apartment.

Exceeding the number of allowed tenants in the unit is not allowed and will result in the retention of 100% of your payment and eviction from the unit without refund.

Please leave the unit in the condition you found it. Units left in an excessively dirty state or with unwashed dishes will forfeit R240.00 of their breakage deposit.
