Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The premises are let for holiday purposes only. Gatherings, parties, and events are not permitted.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including children. No visitors are permitted.

A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per booking.

Quiet hours must be observed between 21:00 and 07:00 daily.

No firearms, pellet guns, or fireworks may be discharged on the property.

Loud music is not permitted. This includes music played from vehicles or portable sound systems, as the apartment is situated in a residential area.

Excessive noise of any kind will not be tolerated.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in the full forfeiture of payment and immediate eviction without refund.

Guests are required to leave the unit in the same condition in which it was found. Units left in an excessively dirty state or with unwashed dishes will forfeit the breakage deposit.
