House Rules

Bedding, bath towels and a hair dryer are provided, but guests have to bring their own beach towels along.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Failing to comply with this rule will result in one night's accommodation being charged.
No pets allowed.
Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons as per the reservation document.
Should the client behave in such a manner which is not acceptable by civilized standards, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the apartment.
Please respect the quiet times between 22:00 and 8:00.
Please only park in the allocated parking or visitor's parking bay.
