No loud music allowed.
No smoking is allowed at this establishment.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests that aren't part of the booking and are not paying, may not sleep over. Unless other arrangements are made with the owner.
Please note if any dirty dishes are left after departure or the braai is left dirty, a fee will be deducted from the breakage deposit to cover the cleaning.
The boat may not be left overnight at the jetty. It can be parked at the house.
The jetty is located 50 metres from the house, and there is no river or dam view from the house.
