House Rules

Rates displayed are on a bed and breakfast basis.
An R200 key deposit for each room is required.
Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Intermittent cellphone reception is available on the farm.
Cleaning services are included from Mondays to Fridays, and is available on weekends at an additional cost.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Please note, Die Melkstal Breakaway has areas that are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
If all the rooms, the kitchen and reception area is booked, a deposit of R2000 will be required.
