Elephant Walk Guesthouse and Backpackers is a popular bed and breakfast and backpackers 2 minutes away from the entrance gate to the Kruger National Park at Phalaborwa. This is the ideal quiet sleep-over before entering the park.

There are en-suite rooms with white linen, serviced daily, air-conditioners, bar fridges, microwaves, coffee/tea facilities, TVs with SABC 1, 2 and 3. There is also budget backpacker twin rooms, a 10-bed dormitory for students or groups, with communal bathrooms and camping spots for guests own, small tents. There are hot showers, a fully equipped communal kitchen, braai facilities and a pool. There are private entrances and safe parking off the street.

Breakfast or breakfast packs can be provided as an optional extra at an extra cost on request. There is a restaurant only a 2 minute walk away from the accommodation for those wanting to have dinner.

Take a shortcut to Mozambique via the Giriyondo Border Post close to the Letaba camp. There are many good restaurants close by, banks, shops, and an info centre. About 100 km from the accommodation guests can visit the Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre and the Cheetah and Wild Dog Project at Kapama.
