Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A refundable breakage deposit is payable 72 hours prior to arrival and will be refunded 72 hours after departure if there is no breakage or loss.
Kindly note that the swimming pool does not have a safety net and children and adults who cannot swim must be supervised at all times.
Extra daily cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost. This additional service must be arranged though owner to check housekeeper / Manager availability - well in advance.
Animals can be fed in the feeding crip area. The food is available at a local supermarket.
Animals are not allowed in the fenced-off area, it is extremely dangerous.
Game drives in an open Safari vehicle can be arranged at extra cost.
The house has solar backup power as well as a water tank especially when load shedding creates havoc at the reservoirs.
The house has a pre-paid aircon meter and guests wanting to use the aircon will have to load it accordingly.
