Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The final rental amount must be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days before arrival. For international guests only, the breakage deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival. Local residents are required to prepay the deposit via EFT.
A maximum of 8 adults and 1 child under the age of 12 are permitted to sleep over. This number may not be exceeded on any given night.
Please note that there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings.
Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to the owner's confirmation. A pet policy applies.
No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture.
A surcharge will be applied if evidence of dogs on beds or furniture is found, to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
Guests are expected to supervise their dogs at all times and clean up after them.
Guests must bring their own dog beds, blankets, and feeding bowls.
No smoking is permitted indoors.
Unruly or noisy behaviour will result in eviction without a refund. No parties or events are allowed at the property. Guests are expected to respect the property and the neighbours.
No loud music or noise is allowed after 22:00.
A cleaning surcharge will be applied if the property is not left in a reasonable condition upon departure, or if check-out occurs later than the specified time.
A housekeeping service is not available at this property due to its remote location.
