House Rules

100% of the booking total needs to be paid within 14 days of booking.

German TV Channels are available during High Season from November until 30th April.

The pool does not have a safety net and therefore children under the age of 8 need to be supervised.

We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
