Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Electricity Usage: Guests are required to purchase additional electricity once the units provided have been depleted.

Air Conditioning: Guests are requested to switch off the air conditioner when not in use to help manage electricity consumption.

Please note no smoking in the house.

Please do not throw your cigarette buds around the house or outside in the yard, only in the dustbin.

If any smoking buds will he found lying around the yard, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.

No dirty dishes when you leave. If dirty dishes are left, an additional fee will be collected.

All dirt bags/black bags must be left outside. If it's not taken out, an additional fee will be added.

Please do not throw bottles, bottle caps, or rubbish on the floor and around the house; this will result in the breakage deposit being forfeited.
No bedding of any sort is to be taken outside the rooms.
The breakage deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out, after checks are done.
