All rooms and shared areas are non-smoking; we do have designated smoking outside areas on the property.

We have a cat (Kieper) on the property. Guests are kindly asked not to allow Kieper in their rooms and also not to feed him.

We have a no noise tolerance policy.

The swimming pool may be used between the hours 07h00 and 19h00.

Only checked-in guests allowed in rooms.

Room inspections are done with check-out.

All electrical equipment must be switched off when leaving the room (this includes air-conditioners and lights)
