Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The house comes with a full-time housekeeper and is fully equipped to ensure a blissful holiday. The washing machine is for the housekeeper’s use only. Should you wish to have your laundry done during your stay, please bring Aerial liquid and ask the housekeeper to wash it for you. Laundry services are charged at R50.00 per load,
payable in cash (ZAR) directly to the housekeeper.

A daily staff levy is a compulsory fee. The amount is R50.00 per day.

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under-25s without parental/adult supervision.

The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk

No pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 22:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
