Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1250 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

In accordance with Body Corporate regulations, no loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances are permitted after 22:00.

Guests are required to use their designated parking bays to avoid clamping.

Guests are kindly requested to be considerate when using the balcony areas, particularly with regard to those staying on the lower levels.

Children must be supervised at all times when on the balcony, as it may pose a safety risk.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

A breakage fee applies.
