CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Please be aware that the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. This work is anticipated to last to the end of 2025.
Please note that the hotel will remain fully operational during these renovations and noise levels will be kept to a minimum, occurring only between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

As part of our full property refurbishment, we will be upgrading our hotel restaurant, with renovations set to begin on April 1, 2025.

During this period, all dining services will be available at our nearby sister property, The Bayshore Hotel. For guests’ convenience, a shuttle service will operate every 10 minutes between The Richards Hotel and The Bayshore Hotel.

Meal service times at The Bayshore Hotel:
Breakfast: 06:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 12:30 PM – 02:00 PM
Dinner: 06:30 PM – 10:00 PM

The construction area will be clearly marked and securely closed off from public and Guest access.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to upgrade and improve our facilities.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:
Guests are kindly advised that bringing outside food and beverage items onto the hotel premises for consumption is strictly prohibited. However, the hotel is committed to accommodating special dietary requirements with prior arrangement. Guests are encouraged to contact guest services in advance to discuss any specific needs or requests.

IRONING FACILITIES :
The hotel strives to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note that irons are not available in the rooms; however, designated ironing stations are conveniently located throughout the hotel for guest use.

Please note additional cancellation policy:
An early departure fee, of at least one nights charge, will apply when checking out prior to the original check out date
In the event of a no-show, one night accommodation will be levied
