Rod's View Unit 1: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

Units are serviced every second day in the low season. If you require every other day or weekends/public holidays etc., this would be an extra charge.

Units are serviced every day in high season, except Sundays and public holidays.

If there is any damage or breakage to the property, an additional cost will be paid.

Cancellation Policy

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
