House Rules

Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the property. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
No verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations must be done in writing, and no exceptions in this regard will be allowed.
Always check road conditions before departure. Tenahead Mountain Lodge cannot be held responsible for road closures due to inclement weather or heavy snowfall. These roads are public gravel passes and are not maintained by the lodge. In cases where road access is affected and guests are delayed or unable to reach or leave the property, any additional expenses incurred (e.g. meals, accommodation, phone calls) will be at the guests’ own cost.
