House parties and events are not allowed.
Noise levels should be kept low at all times, with no shouting or screaming.
This unit is not pet-friendly.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is 8.
Guests are asked to respect the neighbourhood and neighbours, as the property maintains a valued relationship with the surrounding community.
Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges and the forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
